After our many wonderful years practicing law together as Chaiken Klorfein, LLC, we are pleased to advise that effective January 1, 2025, Fredric Chaiken (“Fred”) has decided to “semi-retire,” continuing his contracts and transactional practice for select clients and Stephen R. Klorfein (“Steve”) will be relocating his practice of Estate Planning, Tax Controversy and Transactional Corporate to Buckhead, joining the firm of Berman Fink Van Horn, P.C. as “Of Counsel.”
